BISHOPS CALL FOR WESTERN RAIL CORRIDOR COMPLETION

Four bishops from the West have called on the Government to proceed without delay on the next phase of the Western Rail Corridor.

The Irish Examiner is reporting the Archbishop of Tuam Michael Neary, Bishop of Galway Martin Drennan, Bishop of Clonfert John Kirby as well as Bishop of Killaloe Dr Willie Walsh have issued a joint statement welcoming the opening of the first phase of the rail corridor on March 30th.
