Biggest electrical store in the West

One of the country’s biggest chains,D.I.D. electrical, is set to open a new store in the Briarhill Business Park, the largest electrical outlet in the West of Ireland.

The flagship 20,000 square foot store is set to open in the Autumn, following a €1million fit-out in the unit under the Curley’s Furniture premises. The unique new partnership is aimed at growing the business to become a ‘one-stop’ shop for the home at various locations around the country.

John Houlihan of D.I.D. Electrical told the Sentinel: “We will be the most competitive retailer in the market. We will not be beaten on price and there will be a very attractive remedy for the customer if they do happen to find an item cheaper elsewhere. We have a huge product knowledge and our passion is the service we offer to customers.”
