Barna waste begins consultation over relocation plans
Galway Bay fm newsroom – Barna Waste has begun consultation with staff following a decision to relocate its customer service office in Aughrim.
The company plans to move it to its head office at Carrowbrowne on the Headford Road.
Talks are now underway with the 10 staff, 1 full time and 9 part time, at the Aughrim office.
Cognito Asset Management limited recently completed a buyout of Barna Waste and recycling which employs 250 people in the West and Midlands.
The company says it has carried out a strategic review of operations and identified a number of improvements to provide a more effective customer service and communications system.
