Bank Chief tells city conference employment is key to boosting Galway economy
Galway Bay fm newsroom – The Chief Executive of Bank of Ireland says employment is the key to getting Galway’s economy back on track.
Richie Boucher was speaking at a Tourism conference at the Clayton Hotel in the city today, organised by Bank of Ireland as part of National Enterprise Week.
Other speakers at the event included, Managing Director of Ireland West Airport Knock, Joe Gilmore, CEO of Galway Arts Festival, John Crumlish and Project Director of The Gathering, Jim Miley.
Almost 200 business people and industry experts attended the Building Business Momentum in Tourism event at the Clayton today.
