BAIL GRANTED IN OUGHTERARD MURDER CASE

A man charged in connection with the murder of Oughterard publican John Kenny has been granted bail by the High Court.

37 year old Romanian native Florin Fitzpatrick is charged with withholding information in relation to the killing of the teacher and part-time publican.

He is currently still in custody as he has not yet taken up his bail.
