BAIL FOR CITY MAN CHARGED WITH THEFT OF 13 GUNS

A 41 years old Galway city man charged with the theft of thirteen shotguns and rifles from a premises near Ballinasloe has been granted bail with conditions attached.

James Ward, of 41 Slieve Rua, Ballybane appeared before the holiday sittings of Galway District Court today.

Judge Aeneus McCarthy remanded Ward on bail on his own surety of €200 to appear before the court again for service of a book of evidence on September 21st.
