Auction prompts spike in interest amongst buyers

O’Donnellan & Joyce have just published the details of their next auction, which will see dozens of homes suited to first-time buyers, families and investors go under the hammer.

Auctioneer Colm O’Donnellan said he has been inundated with enquiries from people who want to both buy and sell their properties at auction.

The next auction takes place on June 12, and Mr O’Donnellan is expecting strong interest locally, nationally and overseas.

Among the properties going under the hammer are:
