ARAN PASSENGER BOATS TO USE PONTOONS

It’s likely that passenger boat berthing pontoons will be brought into operation at Rossaveal in the coming days by order of the Department of the Marine.

The 9 million euro pontoons have been lying idle in Rossaveal for two years.

The three pontoons are part of the development plan for Rossaveal that was announced a decade ago.
