ARAN HOTEL GIVEN TIME TO ADDRESS LIQUOR LICENCE CONCERNS

Management at the only hotel on Inis Mór has been given until next May to prove it deserves to have its liquor licence renewed.

Nine islanders along with Sergeant Vincent Jennings are objecting to the renewal of a liquor licence for Ostan Arann, Kilronan, Inis Mór.

Judge Mary Fahy has adjourned the matter to next May to give the islanders time to judge for themselves if the hotel was taking their complaints seriously.
