APPEAL FOR CARE ON GALWAY ROADS FOLLOWING 5 ROAD DEATHS

There are appeals for people to take extra care on the roads following the death of five people on Galway roads within the last 24 hours.

Motorists are being warned of further heavy rain forecast for Galway over the next 24 hours.

The Road Safety Authority is appealing for people to take extra care on the roads.
