A series of investment properties are set to go under the hammer next month as part of O’Donnellan & Joyce’s November auction.

In total, more than 40 lots will go under the hammer on November 13.

One of the highlights of the auction is set to be a block of 17 apartments and Bruach na hAbhainn in Spiddal being sold as one lot, with a guide price equating to less than €26,000 per apartment.

Auctioneer Colm O’Donnellan said: “The rental market in Galway City is currently at an all-time high and demand is through the roof. This, combined with the favourable selling prices of desirable homes within Galway, makes it an excellent time to invest.
