ANGLO IRISH BANK OPPOSES SWEENEY SURVIVAL SCHEMES

Anglo Irish Bank is opposing survival schemes proposed by a High Court-appointed examiner for two companies in Galway businessman John Sweeney’s black shore group.

The two companies – Sweeney Oil Retail Limited and Sweeney Oil Service Stations Limited – employ 37 people at service stations and associated retail units in Galway and Mayo.
