ALLEGED ILLEGAL LAND CLEARING RESUMES AT KILSKEAGH HILL

It’s being alleged this morning that illegal land clearing has resumed at Kilskeagh Hill, Monivea in breach of a court order.

Locals are reporting a bulldozer moved in on the land early this morning.

The site was the subject of controversy last August when Galway County council issued an enforcement notice on the site at Kilskeagh Hill after several acres of agricultural land were cleared without permission.
