80 YEAR OLD STROKE VICTIM WAITS 34 HOURS FOR BED AT UHG

An 80-year-old stroke victim spent 34 hours on a trolley in UHG.

That’s according to chairperson of the HSE Regional Health Forum Padraig Conneely.

It comes as the Health Minister tackles the junior doctor crisis which is threatening to put more pressure on UHG’s Emergency Unit.
