80 properties to go for auction

More than 80 properties are set to go under the hammer next week in the biggest-ever auction to be held outside of Dublin.

Auctioneer Colm O’Donnellan has reported exceptional interest in the catalogue of properties which will be included for sale in the all-day auction.

“This auction has an incredible selection of attractively-priced property for both investors and homeowners with commercial and residential properties listed for sale along the Atlantic seaboard, but dominated by a large selection of very attractive selection of properties throughout Galway City.

“The auction on Thursday, June 8, also has property for sale in Donegal, Mayo, Sligo, Longford, Roscommon, Laois, Clare, Limerick, Kerry, Cork and Leitrim,” he said.

The auction will take place in the Harbour Hotel in Galway, with registration at 11am and the sale to commence at 12 noon. It will also be streamed live on odj.ie
