68 YEAR OLD TO FACE GALWAY TRIAL ON INDECENT ASSAULT CHARGES

A 68-year-old man charged with the indecent assault of a boy in the city over 40 years ago will stand trial in Galway next January.

The pensioner is charged with 25 sample counts of indecently assaulting the boy at two separate locations.

A book of evidence was served on him at Galway District Court today.
