50 properties up for auction

More than 50 properties are set to go under the hammer at the next O’Donnellan & Joyce ‘Wild Atlantic Way’ auction, which takes place on November 10.

As well as residential properties around Galway City, there is a selection of sites and commercial properties available.

Among the properties for sale are:

34 Cuan na Coille, Fort Lorenzo, Galway. A two-bed ground floor duplex measuring 731 sq ft. The Advised Minimum Value is €175,000. Open viewings Saturdays 4pm to 4.30pm.

103 Monivea Park, Ballybane, Galway. A three-bed semi which includes a self-contained apartment to the rear. The proeprty is in need of refurbishment. The AMV is €195,000. Open viewings Saturdays and Wednesdays 11am to 12pm.

12 Waterslade Place, Tuam. A ground floor two-bed apartment within walking distance of the town centre, which would make an idea starter home or invbestment property. It is being sold with tenants in place on a one-year lease until next April at €130 per week. Open viewings Saturdays 12pm to 12.30pm. The AMV is €95,000.

Tullycross, Renvyle. Gala shop and filling station being sold with a tenant in place on a 20-year lease from 2013. It is currently generating a rent of €2,000 per month. It comprises 2,200 sq ft with a retail area, deli counter and butcher and private office. The AMV is €170,000.
