40 percent drop in Galway insolvencies

Galway Bay fm newsroom – The number of insolvencies in Galway has reduced by 40 percent in the last 12 months.

Figures provided by Vision-Net show that 28 firms have been recorded as insolvent so far this year compared to 47 at the same time last year.

January and March have been the worst months for insolvencies in Galway so far this year with 14 in total.

April was the worst period last year with 10 insolvencies on record.
