40 jobs secured following acquisition of Galmere Fresh Foods
Galway Bay fm newsroom – 40 jobs are now secure following the acquisition of Galway firm Galmere Fresh Foods.
The firm is located in Ballybrit Upper Industrial Estate on the Monivea Road – a family business run by the founder JJ Coppinger.
The company produces freshly prepared salads and soups and has been acquired by Dublin firm Donworth Capital.
The Dublin firm is also purchasing Taravale Foods in Naas, Co Kildare, taking it out of examinership.
The deals represent a three million euro investment over three years.
