€3million in Jewels

OVER €3million worth of jewels, mostly diamonds, were on display over the weekend in Cobwebs to mark their 35th year in business.

The jewels were provided especially by one of Cobwebs’ German suppliers and included many rare gems, one known as Star of the Night, an 11.2 carat yellow diamond.

There were any number of bangles, rings, pendants and necklaces averaging 5 carat quality which guests on Friday night and customers throughout Saturday were able to handle and admire.
