€35,000 CONFISCATED FROM ATHENRY RESIDENT

A Galway resident has had €35,000 confiscated and forfeited to the State after a judge ruled it represented the proceeds of crime.

The case involving 46 year old Anthony McAuley of Brackloon, Kiltullagh, Athenry, was before Dublin Circuit Criminal Court yesterday.
