3 THOUSAND GALWAY STUDENTS AWAIT LEAVING CERT RESULTS

Over 3 thousand Leaving Cert students in Galway will receive their exam results today[13/8]

Students can pick-up their results from their school from nine o’clock or on the internet from midday.

The annual leaving cert exam helpline offering information and advice to students who receive their results is open from this morning.

Fully qualified and experienced guidance counsellors will be on hand from the morning to provide advice on all 3rd level courses, the points system, rechecks, repeats, CAO procedures and further training.

The counsellors can talk students and parents through the options and next steps.
