21 million euro in development land sales across Galway last year

Galway Bay fm newsroom – Galway development land sales were valued at more than 21 million euro last year.
That’s a significant increase on the figure of 12 million euro in 2016.
The figure’s been revealed in a new report published today by Cushman and Wakefield.
According to the Irish Times, the property advisory firm says despite the expansion in Galway, the availability of land remains constrained.
