20 jobs to be created at new Dealz store

More than 20 new jobs will be created this week, with the opening of a new Eyre Square store by a UK-owned discount chain.

The new Dealz outlet will open on Thursday on the ground floor of Hibernian House on Eyre Square – formerly the Aviva Insurance offices, which also operated as a pop-up Christmas shop and fashion outlet in recent times.

A total of 22 jobs will be created, and the store will be the group’s 49th in ireland. Dealz is operated by Poundland in the UK and has a price point of €1.49 for every item.
