14 PROPERTIES SOLD AT CITY AUCTION

14 properties were sold at a major auction in the city on Friday.

The event hosted by O’Donnellan & Joyce was attended by up to 400 investors and owner-occupiers.

Eight different buyers bid for Donorataccio House in Newcastle in the city which is comprised of five self-contained apartments with underground parking.

Bidding commenced at €350,000 and the final price was €646,000, which was €190,000 in excess of the reserve.

Other properties included in the portfolio covered areas including Shantalla, Henry Street, Clarinbridge, Oranmore, and Loughrea.
