14 percent drop in discretionary medical cards in West

Galway bay fm newsroom – The number of discretionary medical cards in the West has fallen by more than 2 thousand since the start of the year, a drop of almost 14 percent.

According to today’s Irish Examiner, the greatest withdrawal of the discretionary card was in the south of the country.
