13 NEW UNITS FOR BRIARHILL SHOPPING CENTRE

An extra 13 retail units for Briarhill shopping centre could be in place in under four years time.

Developers are launching phase two of their plans to expand the city shopping centre at the junction of the Monivea road, along the N6, by an extra 6,200 square metres.

Liam Mulryan has applied for the extension to include a public mall, and 13 retail shop units on the ground and first floor.

He has also applied for permission to extend all associated parking,landscaping and services as necessary.
